Today's topic is CONSISTENCY. People often approach me in the gym and ask: "How can I get your abs?" or "How can I get arms like those?" They are generally surprised when I tell them the relative low volume and intensity of exercise that it takes to maintain my high level of fitness. Next year I turn 40 and my body looks and feels better than it did when I was 20. CONSISTENCY is a key component to maintaining my physique. No fancy supplement, trendy diet or expensive equipment can replace old fashioned CONSISTENCY. My value to you is that I have tried all of the fads and know what works. I have experimented with countless muscle building, fat reducing and waistline trimming gimmicks. Diets and trendy workouts come and go. Temporary conditions, trendy diets and fancy workout programs, will only bring temporary results. But when we find what works for you, CONSISTENCY will maintain the desired result.
