What is the foundation of NoPayneFitness and are the intended results realistic, achievable and sustainable? NPF is a mosaic of best practices I have developed and adopted over the life of my career in the fitness industry. My approach is based on three essential and interconnected components: The NPF logo (top left) is a visual representation of the NPF system. Lifestyle is the broad foundation that forms the base of the pyramid. Nutrition is the central bond that provides the resources the body to build, repair and maintain itself. And exercise is the vehicle we use to transform healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition into a lean, fit body. Because the NPF system focuses on the individual I cannot give a generic explanation of how the program works.
