I’m 35 years old and have battled weight my entire life.I’ve been a member of over 10 gyms in the last 10 years. I’ve tried every diet from Atkins to liquid diets. I’ve also purchased expensive training sessions and hired personal trainers on a number of occasions. I can honestly say David Payne is the first trainer to succeed not only in changing my fitness but also in changing the way I approach my overall health. I run a company in Virginia and DC and am extremely busy and constantly eating out.  Since training with David I have surpassed every fitness goal I ever believed was possible.  In just the first 10 weeks with David, I went from 235 pounds to 200 pounds and have never enjoyed such energy, health and overall fitness. My blood pressure, cholesterol and body fat have all been significantly reduced and are approaching normal ranges.  I am now dedicated to a permanent course of fitness and wellness and have both the knowledge and motivation to accomplish even greater fitness goals.  I am now motivated to train for half marathons and eventually beyond.

 Finally, on a personal note, David is not only a trainer whois going to push you in the gym, but his success is also rooted in the fact that his clients become his friends. He is an absolutely gifted motivator.  Through his charisma and positive reinforcement, you will find yourself wanting to push a little harder each day.  Outside the gym, David will call you when necessary to offer extra encouragement.  Unlike many trainers, David does not deal in negativity or guilt.  He treats his clients with total respect and thus shares a vested interest in seeing them achieve their goals.  He is sincere and genuine and you will find yourself almost as happy for David as you are achieving and surpassing your goals.  I unconditionally recommend David Payne as your personal trainer.
