When you look at the NoPayneFitness logo you see three distinct but connected components. Lifestyle is the foundation of the pyramid. We all know that without a solid foundation no structure can stand strong. When you start working with a NPF professional this is the first area we address. Before you lace up the shoes and start sweating we start you off with a thorough health history questionnaire and interview. We will spend our first meeting collecting and discussing important information such as: - Daily routine
- Stress levels
- Medical conditions or limitations
- Family History
- Obstacles to staying fit and healthy
Next we will map out MODERATE, PERMANENT and LIVABLE lifestyle changes that contribute to your long term health and fitness. You will leave this meeting enlightened, motivated and holding your personal "NoPayneFitness Journal". This journal will be your way of communicating with your NPF professional and tracking progress. You are almost ready to hit the gym but along the way we need to address NUTRITION (next section).
